I am so in love with this fashion editorial with the gorgeous Hailey Gates photographed by Mason Poole for Jalouse magazine July/August issue. The editorial very much reminds me of Brooke Shields in Pretty Baby The gorgeous lighting, the lace, the lovely straw summer hats and floral prints...j'adore! J'adore!

Vintage Inspired Fashion Editorial: Two for the Road by Will Davidson // Harper's Bazaar Australia September 2011

It's a 1940s vintage inspired love story featuring model Kendra Spears and Aussie actor Ben Mendelsohn. The fashion editorial features Miu Miu, Prada, Gucci, and many actual vintage pieces! I love when stylists use authentic vintage in photoshoots! This shoot was photographed by Will Davidson and styled by Jillian Davison for Harper's Bazaar Australia. Vintage Fashion Styling: Sterling Clairmont by Louiza Vick

A couple of weeks ago I had the opportunity to style a 1940s vintage fashion inspired editorial with the talented Louiza Vick and the ridiculously pretty Sterling Clairmont. We shot in a lovely park in Malibu and I was ever so pleased that we got horses in the shoot! I didn't want the shoot to look overly costumed, so I tried to pick outfits that still appeared modern.
